Hey, future champs!

Photo shoots can be just as fun as they are exciting. Here’s how to mentally get ready to make sure you feel like a superstar in front of the camera.

1. Think About What Makes You Awesome

• Take a moment to think about why you love MMA. Is it because you feel strong? Brave? Fast? Hold onto those feelings—they’ll help you shine in your photos!

• Imagine yourself as a hero in your own movie. How would you stand, pose, or show off your favorite moves?

2. Practice Confidence

• Smile in the Mirror: Practice smiling, serious faces, or even your “fight face” to get comfortable with your expressions.

• Power Poses: Stand tall with your hands on your hips or hold your fists up like a champion. These “power poses” can make you feel even more confident!

3. Relax and Have Fun

• Remember, this isn’t a competition. You don’t have to be perfect—you just have to be you!

• If you feel nervous, take a deep breath, think of something that makes you happy, and go for it.

4. Be Prepared to Show Who You Are

We’re not just taking pictures of a fighter—we’re capturing who you are!

• Think about your hobbies outside of MMA. Do you love skateboarding, gaming, or drawing? It’s okay to bring a piece of your world to the shoot to show your personality!

5. Trust the Process

You’ve got this, and I'’ll guide you every step of the way. It’s okay to try different poses or even make silly faces.

6. Visualize Your Goals

Imagine what it’ll be like to look back at these photos in the future. This is your moment to capture your hard work and dedication. Show the world the champ you’re becoming!
